Switching out of Friends Only [most of the time.] It's not needed anymore since... well, times have changed! Doesn't mean that Friends status isn't important to me, it is, it always will be :) You can talk to me by messaging me through my LJ mailbox to become a Friend, if you're not, already [it's at the top of of my Profile page]. But to get access to my J, well, almost always not necessary because you'll have it now.

I am a total LJ newbie as of August 2007 [thanks to Kiota.] It's Feb 12, 2008, this day, and I'm not quite so wet behind the ears now. Hopefully.

Wow, Neta, didn't know that! ... Thought I had misspelled you!! ... No, during that last week, she hadn't mentioned you at all...but was looking forward to getting active [again] with Evergreen's GLBT group and dating new women there. I recall her envy at your being in the IDF and being able to take showers with other women, and that was from an earlier LJ post, a much earlier one, whihc you probably have....

I've never seen that post. :) After she went on a friend-purge, I was too afraid to ask to be put back on it. And I only took showers with other girls around in bootcamp, and trust me, we were all too tired to look. :)

I wish I had access to all of her posts. There was so much there.

I don't know how to get you to her whole LJ, and my warning for you is that it's full of power and grief, especially at the end of her life, on Saturday night April 12.
There are something above 300 replies to that over the past two months.

I can link you to another user who wanted the same access and couldn't get it, then arranged to use another account to get in to read [she hadn't been friended either.] She's just changed her LJ UIN and I'll go over there now to get it for you. You might be able to introduce yourself to her and perhaps she'll confide in you how she got access. Of course you can use my name!

And this is great, Cru. I've done the same thing, last week, because Neta requested it and felt shy about asking anyone else; Kiota also Friended *me* on all of her filters. Neta is one of the few of us who had a very close connection to Ki in their personal lives, back a few years ago, and hearing about this now is very devastating to her....she's having a hard time with it all, just as each of us did in April. So I know she will appreciate you :P

Hmmm .. 23 hours into this, no answer yet to me from LJ. But it occurs to me that maybe they've picked up password-sharing to persons not originally authorized by Kiota, and *that's* what is pissing them off?? It boggles me that there are 14+ million of these accounts and they are watching ONE ?? x.x

Anyway, you and I [and maybe others] have done this sharing also .... maybe something triggered an automatic shutoff program or something ... these mysterious Russians .... :)
